Supplemental Educational Services Scholarships will be provided this year by Kimball Walker, Broken Ground and Concord High which are in the second year of the "school in need of improvement" status and Beaver Meadow and Rundlett Middle School in their third.  This means that the CSD Title 1 grant has set-aside a significant portion of funding to offer scholarships for tutoring students who meet particular criteria by outside agencies approved by the Department of Education.  Families will be contacted by the school or Dawn Florino, the Title 1 Coordinator, if their child meets the criteria, set forth by the department of education.

Several schools are now offering supplemental educational services in accordance the Department of Education requirements for schools in Year 2 of their school improvement efforts.
